Standard and Optional Design Features:

Curtain:
Standard – Interlocking 1 ½” flat-faced slats in 0.050 thick extruded aluminum with clear anodized finish.

Optional - 22-ga roll formed galvanized steel with gray primed finish.
22-ga roll formed stainless steel, with #4 finish.
18-ga roll formed aluminum with clear anodized finish.

Endlock:
Standard – High strength, molded nylon.

Bottom Bar:
Standard – Clear anodized extruded aluminum tubular bottom bar with vinyl astragal.

Latching:
Standard – Latching by master-keyable cylinder lock, operable from one or both sides of door.

Guides:
Standard - Formed 16-ga, type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish.
Ends of guide fitted with Nylatron wear strips to conceal sharp edges and allow curtain to slide smoothly in the track. See diagram A1 for details.

Curved Guide Sections:
Standard - Formed 16-ga, Type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish bent at 90° and at 135° over a 6” inside radius. See diagram B1 & B2 for curved track details.

Note: Optional, custom curved tracks are available but quotation may reflect added set-up costs, order quantities and longer lead times.

Brackets:
Standard - Steel end plates are supplied to support the counterbalance torsion spring system.

Optional - 12-ga Type 304 stainless steel

Operation:
Standard - Manual push-up

Standard - Counter Balance System (if required):
Helical torsion spring counter balance system designed to balance the curtain weight so that door can be manually operated with a minimal amount of force.
